In the arrivals hall of your terminal, past baggage reclaim and customs — not at the kerbside. Your chauffeur holds a name board with your name on it, and you receive their mobile number by text before you land. Orly 1, 2, 3 and 4 each have their own arrivals exit, so the exact meeting point is confirmed by email the day before your flight.
Per vehicle. The fare quoted for Orly to Paris covers the whole car, whether you travel alone or with two colleagues, and it already includes fuel, tolls, meet & greet and 60 minutes of free waiting. Extra passengers never add to the price — you only move up a category when you need more seats or more luggage space than a sedan gives you.
Yes. The Mercedes V-Class is our seven-seat minibus and it is the vehicle we assign for parties of that size, from €169 to Paris centre. For larger parties we dispatch several vehicles that arrive together, so no one is left waiting at arrivals. Tell us the number of passengers, cases and pushchairs when you book and we confirm the right combination before you fly.
Yes, and most of our clients do. Book both legs together and the return is confirmed at a fixed fare in the same way, with the same vehicle category and, on request, the same chauffeur. For the outbound leg we build in time for traffic and check-in, so you are picked up in Paris with a sensible margin for your terminal and airline.
Twenty-four hours ahead is comfortable and is what we recommend if you want a guaranteed vehicle category. Same-day requests are usually possible: call or send a WhatsApp message and we confirm within minutes when a chauffeur is free.
