Yes. Corporate accounts receive a dedicated account manager, consolidated monthly invoicing with VAT-compliant receipts, trip reporting and centralised billing. Payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) or bank transfer.

No. There is no minimum monthly volume and no joining fee. We open accounts for firms that book a handful of executive transfers a year as well as for teams running several journeys a week. Your rate card and billing cycle are agreed when the account is set up, and either can be revised as your volume changes.

Yes, and that is how most of our corporate journeys are booked. Executive assistants, office managers and travel management companies book on behalf of the passenger, receive the confirmation and the chauffeur's name and number, and can follow the vehicle live on the day. The passenger only needs a mobile number so the chauffeur can reach them on arrival.

Yes. We assign the same chauffeur for multi-day engagements, plan timed routes with buffers between meetings, and provide live dispatch updates to coordinators. Full-day service from 800 €/day (sedan).

The chauffeur stays. Disposal time is extended by the hour at 100 € for a sedan and added to your monthly invoice — tell the chauffeur or our dispatch as soon as you know. There is no charge for finishing early on a booked half-day or full-day, and no need to rebook: the same car and the same chauffeur simply stay with you.

Yes. Meet and greet with a name sign, real-time flight tracking, and luggage assistance at CDG, Orly, and Le Bourget. Up to 60 minutes of waiting time included at airports, 30 minutes at train stations, 15 minutes at other locations. Beyond that, waiting is billed as a supplement calculated according to the vehicle category (T&Cs art. 11).

Yes — Le Bourget is one of our most frequent corporate pickups. We track the tail number rather than a commercial flight number and coordinate with your FBO, so the car waits at the terminal door or planeside according to the handler's rules. For departures we build in time for handling formalities, so nobody is left standing on the apron.

Yes. Chauffeurs and dispatch teams work under NDA terms, with discreet routing, non-branded vehicles on request, and secure communications. Background-checked drivers for executive-level discretion.

Mercedes E-Class Business sedan (1–3 pax), Mercedes S-Class Prestige (flagship luxury sedan), and Mercedes V-Class Van (up to 6 pax + luggage). All vehicles under 4 years old with Wi-Fi, water, climate control and chargers. Sprinter or minibus available on request.

Yes. Alongside the monthly invoice you receive a trip-by-trip breakdown: date, passenger, route, vehicle and fare. Cost centres or project codes can be attached to each booking at the time of reservation, which is what finance teams usually need to allocate spend. Reports can be issued more often than monthly if your approval cycle requires it.

Cancellation is free if made more than 72 hours before pickup; after that, fees apply according to our terms and conditions (article 8). Minor changes with no impact on the price are free up to 6 h before service, subject to availability. Full terms in our T&Cs.

Yes: an English-speaking chauffeur is available on request. Additional languages (German, Spanish, Mandarin) can be arranged on request for international delegations.
