Do you provide transfers from CDG, Le Bourget and Orly to Paris Nord Villepinte?
Yes, in both directions, with meet & greet and a name sign (optional, price shown when you book), real-time flight tracking and luggage help. Charles de Gaulle is the closest major airport to the exhibition centre; Le Bourget handles business aviation: give the flight or tail number when booking and the chauffeur adjusts the pick-up time.
Can we book several Mercedes for an international delegation?
Yes: several vehicles coordinated on one schedule — saloons (3 passengers) and V-Class (up to 6 passengers) — with a single point of contact for timings and last-minute changes, and centralised invoicing for your company. Can you drive our exhibitor team on build-up and breakdown days?
Yes: on those days teams often start early and finish late, and your chauffeur follows their hours, from the hotel to the exhibition centre and back. We carry people and their personal luggage only: stand equipment and materials are handled by your freight carrier or logistics provider and never travel in our vehicles.
Can we keep a chauffeur for the whole show, including evening meetings?
Yes: day-rate hire over one or several days — pick-up at your hotel, drop-off at the exhibition, meetings across Paris, a business dinner in the evening, then back to your hotel. The same chauffeur and vehicle each day whenever possible.
Is DRIVIGO affiliated with the organiser of JEC World?
No. DRIVIGO is an independent chauffeur company with no link to the organiser, JEC Group: we drive participants, exhibitors and delegations who book with us directly. For the show itself (badges, opening times), see the organiser's website.
Is JEC World open to the public?
No: JEC World is a trade show for professionals, badge required. Our service is for participants who are already registered — we provide neither badges nor access to the show.
What if a flight is delayed or the schedule changes?
Flights are tracked in real time, so the pick-up follows the actual arrival. For schedule changes, tell your point of contact as soon as possible. Cancellation and change conditions are set out in our terms and conditions, which state exactly what applies.
