How do I book a private chauffeur for Euronaval?
For a single transfer (airport, hotel, exhibition), book online in a few minutes: the price is confirmed before payment. For a delegation, several vehicles or a multi-day programme, send your schedule by WhatsApp: you receive a detailed quote, vehicle by vehicle.
Do you transfer from CDG, Orly and Le Bourget to Paris Nord Villepinte?
Yes, in both directions, with real-time flight tracking, luggage help and meet & greet with a name sign (optional, price shown when you book). Le Bourget, the business aviation airport, is where many delegations land: give the flight or tail number when booking and the chauffeur adjusts the pick-up time.
Can we book several Mercedes for a delegation?
Yes: several vehicles coordinated on one schedule — saloons (3 passengers) and V-Class (up to 6 passengers) — with a single point of contact for timings and last-minute changes, and centralised invoicing to your company. Out of discretion, no client is named on this page; an NDA can be signed electronically before the first ride.
Can we keep a chauffeur for the whole exhibition?
Yes: day-rate hire over one to four days — pick-up at your hotel, drop-off at the exhibition, meetings across Paris, return in the evening. The same chauffeur and vehicle each day whenever possible.
Do your chauffeurs speak English?
English-speaking chauffeurs can be provided subject to availability: say so when you book. Name signs (optional, price shown when you book) are written in the language you choose.
Is DRIVIGO affiliated with the organiser of Euronaval?
No. DRIVIGO is an independent chauffeur company with no link to the organiser: we drive participants, exhibitors and delegations who book with us directly. For the exhibition itself (badges, opening times), see the organiser's website.
Is the exhibition open to the public?
No: Euronaval is a trade exhibition for professionals, with a badge issued by the organiser. Our service is for participants who are already accredited — we provide neither badges nor access to the show.
What if a flight is delayed or the schedule changes?
Flights are tracked in real time, so the pick-up follows the actual arrival. For schedule changes, tell your point of contact as soon as possible. Cancellation and change conditions are set out in our terms and conditions, which state exactly what applies.
