Accessibility Statement
DRIVIGO SASU commits to making its services accessible in accordance with the French law of 11 February 2005 (article 47) and the European Web Accessibility Directive 2016/2102, transposed by the RGAA 4.1 framework.
This statement applies to the booking platform at drivigo.fr/booking/, including the public homepage, multi-step reservation flow, GPS tracking page, customer account area, partner dashboard and transactional emails.
Conformance status
The DRIVIGO booking platform is partially conformant with the RGAA 4.1 (Référentiel Général d'Amélioration de l'Accessibilité) — equivalent to WCAG 2.1 level AA. Some content does not yet fully conform, due to the non-conformities listed below.
Non-accessible content
Known issues (under remediation)
- Step 1 of the booking flow (route & date) — input fields do not yet provide on-blur validation feedback. Remediation planned: Q3 2026.
- Windows High Contrast Mode — borders rendered with
rgba()may disappear in forced-colors mode. Remediation planned: 2026-06. - Comfort mode toggle — a dedicated "Comfort mode" header toggle (larger fonts, simplified animations, immediate validation) is in design phase for Q3 2026.
Disproportionate burden exemptions
None claimed. All identified non-conformities will be addressed.
Establishment of this statement
This declaration was established on 2026-05-04 following an internal audit using the RGAA 4.1 grid (13 themes, 106 criteria) on the perimeter described above.
Tools used during the audit: manual inspection, Lighthouse Accessibility audit, axe DevTools, screen reader testing (NVDA + Firefox, VoiceOver iOS).
