Paris-London door-to-door fare starts from 1123 € (Mercedes E-Class sedan, up to 3 passengers) or 1350 € (V-Class van, up to 6 passengers). Standard tolls, fuel, Wi-Fi and water are included. The Eurotunnel crossing is charged in addition, as set out in our terms and conditions (art. 5.3).

Yes. The Mercedes V-Class seats up to 6 passengers with luggage. Child seats on request (paid option shown at booking). Boarding assistance; a folding wheelchair can be carried in the boot.

Tolls are included, together with fuel, Wi-Fi, water and all taxes. The Eurotunnel crossing is not included in the fare: it is charged in addition, as set out in our terms and conditions (art. 5.3).

For long-distance trips, cancellation is free more than 7 days before departure. After that: 7 days to 72 h = 30 %, 72–48 h = 50 %, less than 48 h = 100 % of the fare, with a minimum charge of 500 € incl. taxes as soon as fees apply (T&Cs art. 8.5: the chauffeur reserves the day before for mandatory rest). Minor changes with no impact on the price are free up to 6 h before pickup, subject to availability, by contacting the team.

Yes. The Mercedes V-Class accommodates large luggage and pets. We plan pet breaks and loading assistance. Indicate pets and luggage when booking.

Yes. Baby seats, child seats and booster seats are available on request (paid option shown at booking). An English-speaking chauffeur is available on request. Specify children's ages when booking.
